  The history of almost every Kyrgyz craft takes the beginning in nomadic style of life. Nomadic life left its print on the dwellings, clothes and crockery of Kyrgyz people. Even then the Kyrgyzes got over to settled life, the applied arts did not lost its value and has been transmitted from one generation to another.
